COVID-19

UPDATE: Now Open for Face to Face Consultations

The Good Health Clinic is open for face-to-face consultations. I will continue to offer telephone/Skype consultations for those who cannot travel or feel safer doing distance consultations.

The following safety measures are in place:

  • One way entrance and exit system. When you arrive at The Business Centre, please park in the car park or in front of the Business Centre or in the free parking spaces along Cattedown Road. Please do not enter Reception. Instead, ring me on 07836 552936 when you arrive at the Business Centre entrance. Please do not ring on the landline 01752 774755 which will be unmanned at that time. I will then come down to your car or the front of the building and escort you into the building.

  • When in the clinic room, I will do a remote temperature screen and ask you to sign a form stating that you have no Covid-19 symptoms, you have not travelled from a country with a known Coronavirus outbreak in the last two weeks and that you have had no known contact with a Covid-19 sufferer. Please bring your own pen and drink to the appointment as I am unable to provide either at this time. Please do not come to the clinic if you have any symptoms of Covid-19. In this case, there will be no cancellation fee.

  • As I need to sanitise the clinic room in-between each patient, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, I will need to end the appointment at the agreed time to carry out the 30 minute sanitisation required before the next patient.

  • Hand sanitising/PPE available

  • Social distancing in clinic room

  • Social distancing when moving around building

  • Single toilet facilities

There are three options for initial consultations:

  • Face-to-face in the clinic.

  • Distance by phone or Skype.

  • Mixed i.e. 30 minutes in clinic and 90 phone/Skype.

With these options you can rest assured you will be safe to undergo consultations. The availability of the options will depend on the circumstances we find ourselves in due to the current pandemic and regulations.
